We understand that you may need to cancel for a range of reasons.

We keep it simple.

There will be No refunds within 24 hours of departure unless the Operator cancels the activity due to waterway, road or weather conditions.

Otherwise, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of the operator.

We are a small operation, with a small team, we are here to provide you with the best time rafting.

So if your group changes in numbers, or you manage to get the dreaded Covid, just please give us a call on 0800 772 384 or 021 026 07441.
